With over twenty years experience around horses I think I can safely say horses are in my blood! From those first lessons in rising trot (gosh they were bumpy) to the buzz of getting ready for a competition, horses have been a big part of my life.
It only seems natural that with a passion for art and creating beautiful images that my skills turned towards photographing portraits of horses and creating timeless pieces for horse owners.
From a very early age I have always had a camera in tow, for as long as I can remember it has been a routine item to leave the house on every trip. It’s a passion of mine to make a record of all the places I have visited and the people I have met along the way in photographs that trigger those memories in years to come.
Like every horsey relationship, there is normally one half that has never set foot on a yard before, let alone been roped into the day to day life of looking after a horse. This was me, but a few years later I am now proficient in making up haynets, putting on headcollars and doing all the technical lighting whilst getting those ears forward for the perfect shot.
